ST. VALENTINE’S DAY POTLUCK DINNER:  Dignity/Washington’s 2012 St. Valentine’s Day Potluck will be held on Saturday, February 11, at 7:30 PM, in the Barkley Condominium Party Room.  The address of The Barkley is 1016 S. Wayne Street, in Arlington, Virginia – this location is a half block south of Columbia Pike, near South Courthouse Road.  Please bring your favorite entree, side dish, dessert, or beverage, and join us for a fun evening. 

ST. JOSEPH’S DINNER:  Dignity/Washington’s 2012 St. Joseph’s Dinner will take place on the evening of Saturday, March 10, at All Souls Memorial Episcopal Church.  Please check back later for more details.

BOOK CLUB: The Dignity Washington Book Club meets every Thursday  at 7:30 PM at the Dignity Center to read and discuss various books of topical interest. 

MOVIE NIGHTS AT THE DIGNITY CENTER: Movie Nights at the Dignity Center are held on two Mondays each month.  The dates, and films being shown, during upcoming months are as follows:  January 9 – “The Bad Sleep Well;” January 23 – “Forbidden Planet;” February 6 – “O;” February 20 – “Macbeth;” March 5 – “My Own Private Idaho;” March 19 – “Twelfth Night;” April 2 – “Start the Revolution Without Me;” and, April 16 – “The Taming of the Shrew.”

Doors open on each Movie Night at 7:00 PM, and the movie begins at 7:30. Popcorn and drinks will be provided. Please join us!

D/W BRIDGE GROUP:  Join us for “casual” contract Bridge one or two Tuesdays of each month at 7:30 at the Dignity Center.  The date of our next Bridge game is Tuesday, January 17.  Please check back later, and also see our Sunday Bulletin, for future Bridge dates.

“TABLES OF SIX” DINNERS: Periodically throughout the year, on Saturday evenings, we have our “Tables of Six” dinner program.  Several volunteer hosts open their homes and provide the entree for dinner;  and five other guests are randomly assigned to each table, and bring the rest of the food and drink for the meal.

POTLUCK DINNERS: Several times each year we sponsor informal potluck dinners either at church after Sunday Mass or on a Saturday evening at the home of one of our members.  Our next scheduled potluck is our annual St. Valentine’s Day Party – see full details above.  For more information, please contact the Dignity Center office on (202) 546-2235.

“DIGNITY GRUPO LATINO” SPANISH MASS:  D/W has a monthly Spanish-language Mass and potluck at the Dignity Center, on the second Saturday of each month.   The date of our next scheduled Spanish Mass & Potluck is Saturday, February 11; and the time is 7:00 PM.
