Tom Bower (L) and Dan Barutta

After Mass on Sunday, November 16, President Daniel Barutta presided at the D/W annual meeting. The largest crowd (60 plus) ever to attend an annual meeting enjoyed a lasagna dinner provided by Mark Cosenza. We heard from Jake Hudson, Treasurer that we are financially sound and have been blessed to have two generous bequests in the past year that will allow us to continue to maintain the D/W Center and do outreach activities which we are planning for the future (contact him for details).

Daniel B. and Tom Bower gave a recitation of activities that the community supported during the past year. Daniel B also introduced the members of the “All Are Welcome” Committee (Rachel See, Ray Panas, Jeff Vormund, Jake Hudson, and Mark Cosenza as chair); they will create the actions called for in the Board resolution in response to the Female Presider Committee’s Report. Please contact Mark, Daniel, or any of the All Are Welcome committee if you want to participate in these projects.
