DC’s Different Drummers played on the main plaza as fans arrived and the Gay Men’s Chorus of Washington was on hand for the National Anthem prior to the start of the game. Despite a Nats loss of 5-4 GLBT fans gave witness to their Pride and built important relationships with the community at large, starting with the other 10,000 who attended the game.
